Company
Fallout Media was established in 2004 and in the beginning had a primary focus in print and identity work. The founder, Joshua Iwata, worked as a freelance artist intent on delivering well designed and effective material for a competitive cost. Looking to branch out from the world of print, the focus began to shift into the world of web design.
With our primary focus currently being found in web design, there are a number of priciples that our sites are built on. As mentioned earlier the goal of any site build is to deliver an effective product through a streamlined process. The definition of the word 'effective' is 'having an intended or expected effect'. That means that every step of the way are intentional in regards to our actions as well as the expected outcome. Designing effective websites and developing effective relationships with clients requires care and time, as well as detailed attention to the needs of others.
At Fallout Media we don't only want to satisfy our customers, we want to exceed their expectations. Satisfied customers don't come back, grateful ones do. When you build the foundation of your business on excellence, the rest of the structure follows. Whether it's sales, design or programming we are intentional about how we treat not only the product but also others. The success of any business relies on it's customers, and without them it's nothing. Going beyond our clients expectations before they ever give us a penny is the only way to effectively deliver excellence from the very beginning.
